Here as promised.
Pickering Showground seemed to be a success for the organisers as the place was packed.
Due to the bad weather earlier some people had to park across the road but I believe busses were running between the sites through the day.
To say this was a first time at this venue my own personal thoughts is that they had done their homework and laid roadways onto the parking areas.
My only thoughts would be that the campin g was too far away from the venues and it was dark at night for people to walk. Perhaps if they put the camping between the show arena and the venue it would be better next year.
We enjoyed the evening entertainment it was great my hubby even enjoyed Des, I have always liked him and enjoyed his show.
Thankyou to Maxine and all concerned with the organisation - keep up the good work. |
